| Before you
contact Hotspot Sealink’s technical department please check the
following and have your user name ready: |

1.
Click “Green Start”, choose “Control Panel” and “Network and Internet
Connections”.
2. Choose “Wireless Network Connection”.
3. Make sure that there is a signal.
4. Choose “Support” and write down the IP address and gateway.
5. Chose “Repair”, wait approx. 30 seconds and check if a new IP address is given.
6. If you do not have the address type “Assigned by DHCP”, you have to choose “Properties” and then “Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)”.
7. Choose “Retrieve IP address automatically” and “Retrieve a DNS Server Address automatically”. 8. Choose “OK” and then “Repair” as in example 3, wait approx. 30 seconds and check if a new IP address is given.
