When you are connected to the internet you can use your internet browser, Messenger, Skype IP telephony, e-mail and many other internet programmes.
If you have a problem in connecting to the internet via Hotspot Sealink our Help & FAQ will often be able to help you.
If you experience any problems while connected to the internet you may contact Hotspot Sealink for technical assistance.
 

 
Before you contact Hotspot Sealink’s technical department please check the following and have your user name ready:
 
 
1. Click “Green Start”, choose “Control Panel” and “Network and Internet Connections”.

2. Choose “Wireless Network Connection”.

3. Make sure that there is a signal.

4. Choose “Support” and write down the IP address and gateway.

5. Chose “Repair”, wait approx. 30 seconds and check if a new IP address is given.

6. If you do not have the address type “Assigned by DHCP”, you have to choose “Properties” and then “Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)”.

7. Choose “Retrieve IP address automatically” and “Retrieve a DNS Server Address automatically”.

8. Choose “OK” and then “Repair” as in example 3, wait approx. 30 seconds and check if a new IP address is given.
